Anne Hathaway's ex-boyfriend has been deported from the United States of America.

Raffaello Follieri was kicked out of the country immediately following his release from federal prison in Loretto, Pensylvania yesterday,

The conman has spent the past four-and-a-half years in prison after pleading guilty to 14 counts of wire fraud, conspiracy, and money laundering in October 2008.

A representative for US Immigration and Customs Enforcement told TMZ: 'ICE carried out the order of an immigration judge, and removed Follieri from the United States May 25, 2012.'
